What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer an enquiry and supply parts:
Details you give us — your name, mobile number, the type of buyer you are, and the list of parts you are asking about, whether you send them through the form on this site, by WhatsApp, by email, by phone or at the counter.
Order and invoice details — where you buy from us, the information required to raise a GST invoice, including your business name and GSTIN if you are buying on trade terms.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, bank credentials or identity document numbers through this website.
The enquiry form on this site
The contact form on this website sends your enquiry directly to us by email. We use your details only to answer your enquiry.
Why we use it
To check stock, quote a trade price and answer your question.
To supply parts you order, arrange dispatch and raise your GST invoice.

We do not use your details for marketing lists, and we do not send bulk promotional messages.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing. We share it only where we have to: with a courier or transporter when your order is dispatched to you, with our accountants and with the tax authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are kept only as long as the conversation is useful. Records tied to an invoice are kept for as long as Indian tax and company-record rules require.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not run third-party analytics. The only third-party content on any page is the Google Maps panel on the contact page, which loads only when you open that page and is subject to Google’s privacy policy. Fonts and scripts are served from this website itself, not from an external network.
