What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer an enquiry and supply parts:
Details you give us — your name, mobile number, the type of buyer you are, and the list of parts you are asking about, whether you send them through the form on this site, by WhatsApp, by email, by phone or at the counter.
Order and invoice details — where you buy from us, the information required to raise a GST invoice, including your business name and GSTIN if you are buying for a business.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, bank credentials or identity document numbers through this website.
The enquiry form on this site
When you send the contact form on this website, a copy of your enquiry is saved in the website’s private admin area and the page then opens WhatsApp with your details filled in, so you can send them to us. We use your details only to answer your enquiry.
Why we use it
To check stock, quote a trade price and answer your question.
To supply parts you order, arrange dispatch and raise your GST invoice.
To keep the records that tax and accounting rules require us to keep.

We do not use your details for marketing lists, and we do not send bulk promotional messages.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing. We share it only where we have to: with a courier or transporter when your order is dispatched to you, with our accountants and with the tax authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are kept only as long as the conversation is useful. Records tied to an invoice are kept for as long as Indian tax and company-record rules require.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google’s advertising tag to measure how well our Google ads work. When you visit, the tag sets a cookie in your browser and tells Google when you tap a phone or WhatsApp link or send an enquiry. Google also receives the usual technical details of a visit, such as your IP address and the page you are viewing.
