How we buy.

We stock what turns over. That means buying direct from manufacturers and authorised importers where we can, holding the references our trade customers ask for week after week, and not tying up shelf space in slow-moving lines we would only sell once a year.

Where a part is available from more than one maker, we will tell you which we hold, what it costs and what the alternative is. We do not substitute without asking.
